Shipping

Charges are based on the total weight of packaged merchandise shipped to each address.
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to large size or location.
Price estimates are shown in the cart and final cost per weight range is determined based on shipping address during checkout.

Return Policy

For Home

Blenders: We are so certain that you will see the value and benefits of using your Vitamix blender each day that we are happy to offer a risk-free, 60-day, in-home trial for blenders purchased on vitamixsell.com or through our Customer Care Center. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return it within 60 days for a full refund-we will even pay for return shipping.

If you choose to return your Vitamix machine after the 60-day trial period, a restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for shipping. To return a machine or other product purchased from Vitamix at any time, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain this number, call 1-800-848-2649, option 1.

Credit for all returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Vitamix does not accept returns of products purchased from retail stores/other websites.

Return Fees: After 60 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

61 days – 90 days: 15% restocking fee
91 days – 6 months: 25% restocking fee
6 months – 1 year: 35% restocking fee
No product returns accepted after 1 year from date of purchase

Before returning any Commercial product, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-437-4654. Vitamix is not responsible for items returned without authorization.

Goods may not be returned without a return authorization (RA) number from Vitamix. All cartons returned must be marked with the return authorization number. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 120 days of ship date.

Returned goods must be shipped to Vitamix prepaid and will be credited at invoice less 20% restocking charge. The restocking charge will be reduced to 10% if a replacement unit is ordered at time of return.
